Collaborative individuals value teamwork, and the result of teamwork. They also value the results of work that was influenced by multiple viewpoints and multiple talents working together to achieve a common purpose.
These skills shine (in me) through the recent science fair project I completed. With the help of two other students, I collected data on two different types of cockroaches, and presented the findings to an audience. The data we collected is available for viewing in the powerpoint attached.
